The Official Website Of Greco Villas in central Protaras have 5 X 5 bedroom detached villas. Each villa can sleep up to 12 people, so up to 60 people can be accommodated making it an ideal resort for large families, groups, wedding parties and corporate events.

Each villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villas are situated just a minute's walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras. Inside, each villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious garden and pool area provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

Each villa is set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The furniture and decor are contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A bedroom and shower room with w/c are also located on this floor.

Downstairs, the lower ground floor features 2 bedrooms with natural lighting and a shower room with w/c, this area is accessed via a separate entrance door. Upstairs, the villas have a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. There is also a large outside balcony on this floor which is ideal for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Outside, the garden area features a large overflow swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.

A pool table and football table will provide hours of entertainment for both kids and adults and satellite TV and WI-FI are included. The villas are fully air-conditioned and optional pool heating is also available and is charged at 50 Euros per day. Pool heating raises the temperature of the pool by a maximum of 5 degrees.
