sonnig und entspannt
Gute Lage. Ruhig (wenn die Nachbarn nicht gerade eine Party bis 3 Uhr morgens feiern, weshalb man nicht schlafen kann). Nahe zum Lidl (3 Minuten zu Fuß) und zum Strand (ca 8 Minuten). Als wir ankamen waren sehr viele Ameisen im Haus, aber unter der Spüle war ein Spray und nach telefonischen Kontakt mit der Betreuung vor Ort, kam am übernächsten Tag jemand und hat dieses Problem professionell gelöst. Auch der kaputte Kicker wurde repariert.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr nahe und es wurde nebenan wild gefeiert (Kurzvermietungen), obwohl in den Unterlagen stand, dass ab 22 Uhr um Ruhe gebeten wird.

Really dirty
The pool was the only thing what i liked.
When we arrived the villa was really dirty and the pool aswell. I texted them to come and clean they said i have to wait until next day because this day they can not send nobody there. They said i can use the pool like that way if i want..... (no,thanks) the curtains also horrible dirty i also asked them for that they said they can not change only every session one time because they not have more and its take 3 days to wash them.(okay) After all this i asked late check out they said no. I asked where we can leave the luggages then they not even gave answer back. The villa was ok. But not for this kind of prices. And i will never want to return back to this Greco Villas but Cyprus we loved we been here now the 3rd time.

The villa is amazing! It easily accommodated our group of 8 friends. Rooms looked recently renovated and very clean. Ground floor was indeed moist, but air conditioner solved all the problems. The villa is equipped with almost everything you need during the stay. Car parking can easily fit 3 cars. The location is also very good. It is less then 5 minutes to Lidl and approximately 10-15 minutes to the nearest beach.
Sometimes it was a little noisy in the mornings (8-10 AM) when someone started cutting the trees or cleaning some staff nearby; There were no dishwasher tablets so we had to buy a pack for our short stay, almost none were used as a result.

Die Villa war in hervoragendem Zustand und blitzblank geputzt. Bei Ankunft haben wir ein Willkommenspaket bestehend aus Wasser, Milch, Wein, Saft, Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Kaffee und Tee vorgefunden, natürlich kostenfrei. Der Farten war super gepflegt, der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Ausstattung der Villa ließ absolut nichts vermissen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auf Mails immer sehr schnell reagiert. Eine von mir verursachte Beschädigung einer Glasscheibe wurde nach meiner Meldung nett und unkompliziert zu einen überraschend günstigen Preis abgewickelt. Alles in allem einfach eine perfekte Villa von einem sehr professionellen und freundlichen Vermieter.
Es gab nichts, was nicht gefallen hat. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend.

A quiet, clean and great location villa.
It was a lovely property, clean, quiet and I liked the fact the host even left bread, milk etc in the fridge for us. It was really handy having the traditional BBQ as well.
There was a lot of sun in the back yard so we could not enjoy the pool much during the day.

I could book this place again with pleasure.
The space of the house.
The big and clean swimming pool.
The communication. There were some issues with the house put solved just with one call!
Parking only for 1 car.
They could have more greenery, plants, trees etc.

Οι φωτογραφίες που βλέπαμε για να κλείσουμε τη βιλλα ήταν εντελώς διαφορετικές από την πραγματικότητα. Αρκετά πράγματα δεν υπήρχαν επίσης η ίδια βιλλα την είχαν δώσει σε 3 ζευγάρια διαφορετικά.

Nice house, perfect for families or groups
This is a spacious house, clean, well equipped, perfect for families or groups in a good location. The house more or less matches the description. The host is easily reachable and helpful.
There was no outdoor shading system (for ex. tent), with the exception of one sun umbrella, so it was too sunny to seat outside. We talked to the host and they provided us with two extra sun umbrellas. The parking space is limited to a maximum of 2 cars and also the kitchen needs to be equipped with a few more knives (there were only 5 or 6). The pool table is worn-out and it needs to be replaced.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, some things can be improved for better reviews and happier visitors.
The location was really good, the facilities met our expectations, especially the outdoor and the pool area was very nice. It would help if there was some place with some shadow as the umbrella is heavy and cannot easily be moved. It is fully equipped, especially the kitchen has all relevant appliances for cooking etc. Location was really good and quiet. Vicki, one of the hosts, was really helpful and kind.
The Cypriot host (do not know her name) was not helpful at all and quite rude. The instructions given via email were not clear and when we called for clarifications she acted like she did not want to talk to us by saying "you will find it, i cannot speak to you now I have a lot of phone calls to answer". The water was not hot at all times, some of us had shower with freezing water. The bedrooms in the basement did not have signal at all, and when the wifi went down for 3 hours or so, it was very difficult to communicate. The bedrooms smelled really bad at some times, and we found ants in 2 bedrooms and in the living room. Our booking said that we booked house no.2 but we got House no.1. We were told via email before arrival that there was an en-suite bedroom but this was not true.

Vi elskede vi havde alt på stedet ..rigtig gode faciliteter ..lyst og lækkert ..centralt beliggenhed ...vi vender helt sikkert tilbage .
Vi har ikke noget negativt at sige om stedet ..der er meget lyt...det var det eneste . Og kælderen hvor der er eget bad og to værelser lugtede meget fugtigt . Vi havde nok i de andre værelser så ikke et problem for os .

Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war immer bereit um zu helfen. Es hatte alle Dinge die man so im Haushalt braucht aussert Salz und Pfeffer. Dies war aber kein grosses Problem, da es direkt einen Lidl in der Nähe hat.

Отличное месторасположение. Супермаркет в 5 минутах пешком, до пляжа идти минут 10. Были с семьей в конце сентября, очень тихое место, никто не шумит и не мешает. Бассейн с переменной глубиной и подогревом, хорошо детям. Дом уютный и вместительный, делится на две части. 3 спальни в основной части дома (две на втором и одна на первом + кухня и гостиная) и 2 спальни на цокольном этаже. На каждом из этажей по туалету и душевой. Ездили тремя семьями 4+4+3, все вместились отлично, дискомфорта не испытывали, места, мебели и всего что необходимо было для отпуска - в достатке. Есть фен, утюг, стиралка, посудомойка и даже кофемашинка. На парковке у дома уместилось три маленьких авто
Совсем уж простенький мангал без специальной зоны, просто стоит во дворе. Мясо, правда, от этого менее вкусным не становится) У бильярдного стола не было ни одного кия. На цокольном этаже комфортные и большие комнаты с большими окнами, но присутствовал запах сырости. Решается проветриванием. Также пару раз приходилось убирать шваброй пауков на лестнице цоколя. Вообще насекомые отдельная тема. Не дай бог дети оставят остатки еды или крупные крошки во дворе вечером, к утру увидите армию муравьёв, либо кучу кошек. Но это к недостаткам виллы вряд ли отнесёшь, просто особенность местной фауны) Телики в комнатах большие, но показывают только несколько местных каналов. Практически их не включали так как не за этим приезжали на отдых. Жёсткий дефицит переходников для розеток на наши стандартные с трёх на два штекера. Стоят 3 евро в магазине..

Отдыхали с 02 по 14 сентября 2019 г. Сразу оговорюсь, что замечания не смогли испортить общее впечатление от проживания. Они , скорее, создавали необходимую движуху в спокойном течении отдыха. Приехали на виллу около 20 часов, уже темно, Ключи нашли в боксах, на вилле чисто, бассейн с подсветкой - красота. По наличию бытовой техники, постельных принадлежностей замечаний нет. Ночью тихо, соседи попались спокойные, сильно и долго не гуляли. Дорога на пляж 15-20 минут с коляской. Единственное неудобство метров 30 по гравийке между домов. меня не напрягало. Посередине дороги на море главная улица с магазинами и ресторанами. До магазина"LIDL" 5 минут, цены очень радуют, все свежее, регулярные акции. Там и закупались. Теперь о "движухе". Вокруг бассейна цветники и кусты это здорово, НО там живут голодные муравьи, периодически они прорываются в дом, химия по борьбе с муравьями в комплекте с виллой. За 2 недели раза 3 проводили акцию устрашения насекомых. Второй косяк это плохая вентиляция в цокольном этаже. Только через 2 дня постоянно открытых окон пропал запах сырости и застоялого воздуха. Потом просто с утра до вечера все окна в цоколе держали открытыми. Места очень много, спальни достойные, балконы, шкафы все необходимое есть. На обед и на ужин приходили в гости окрестные котейки, мелкие были в восторге. Вилла соответствует описанию и нашим ожиданиям.

Fab modern villa in a great location
Fantastic modern villa in a great location. Only 15 min walk to the beach, 10 mins to the main street with all the restaurants and bars and just 5 min away from the supermarket (Lidl). Villa is equipped with everything you might and has a bbq. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our morning runs to the beach for a swim and back.
The 2 rooms in the basement have a separate entrance at the back of the villa. It wasn’t a problem for us but would have preferred all the bedrooms to be accessible from the main entrance. On the other hand, this configuration might be preferable for some groups. The gf shower is rather small.

Great location and relaxing atmosphere for families
The location is amazing. Very calm and at the same time 5 min walk to the center and 10 min to the beach. Very convenient for families and especially for little kids where they can enjoy the pool and terrace.
I didn't like that the tables on the terrace , the balconies in the first floor and the stairs to the minus one bedrooms were soo dirty and full of spiders nest and insects as if they haven't been washed for years. In addition, the smell of mold in the minus one rooms is horrible.

The Villa is very nice and we enjoyed very much, but there are some faults which needs to be attend

The Windows are not opuqe in the morning and there is to much light to sleep. The biliard board is demeged The swimming pool is not fenced which is a bit dengerous for children. The room on the 1st floor is adjusent to the living room so when someone sleeping in there everyone need to be quite.

Fantastic villa in a great location, one of our best holidays yet!!!
Property was well located, immaculately kept, the pool was warm and kept very clean. Great location for families who want to feel like they are next to the main strip but far enough away for peace and privacy. Late check was no hassle and guest relations were fantastic.
Arrived very late with 2 young girls, could have provided a few more snacks and a bottle of wine for the adults

Perfect Family Holiday
The location is fantastic, only short walk into the centre of Protoras but far enough away to feel like your out of the way which is lovely and quiet. The villa itself was modern, clean and spacious and had absolutely everything you needed. Thank you to Athina and Vicki in the office for all their help! We would 100% stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful week :-)

Отличная большая вилла, хорошо обустроенная в плане техники и мелочей. Мебель и техника все новые. Идеальное расположение в 10 минутах пешком от Фиг Три Бэй, 5 минут до ресторанов и магазинов на центральной улице протараса. 5 минут до большого супермаркета Лидл. 5 минут пешком до частной больницы. Между тем вокруг виллы очень тихо и спокойно, очень грамотно отделен от других вилл внутренний двор глухим забором и садом. Уличный кухонный уголок и душ с мойкой имеются. Большой чистый бассейн, чистая система кондиционирования, уборка комнат и смена белья раз в неделю. Очень оперативное реагирование службы обслуживания на любые просьбы поменять лампочку, что-то починить и прочие нуждики.
Дом разделен на 2 независимых зоны, 3 спальни, кухня, гостиная, 2 уборных в одной части на 1-2 этажах. 2 остальные спальни и ванная находятся в цокольном этаже, где довольно сыро, темно и скучно :) Вход туда отдельный, с улицы. Бильярд и настольный футбол, которые прилагались к вилле у нас были сломаны. Больше для антуража, нежели развлечения. Посредствнный маленький мангал, в тоже время со всеми принадлежностями для барбекю. Не огорожен выход с внутреннего двора на парковку, переходящую в дорогу, то есть нет калитки или забора, с детьми нужно быть бдительными.
