In order to guarantee a late check-out, the villa must be booked for an additional night.
This can only be done through booking an exact villa subject to availability.

If your villa is not available for a late check-out due to a same day changeover, then our clients are welcome to use The Seagull Hotel which is 3 or 4 minutes drive from the villas. They have a beautiful outdoor pool area, poolside bar & restaurant, luggage rooms, changing rooms, showers and more. These facilities for our clients are free, we ask our clients to respect the hotel and not to take and food or drink from outside into the hotel. The food and beverages are excellent and our client feedback from the cuisine and service has been excellent. This is reservation only, so please let us know if you would like this service as soon as possible.
